Andrey Ostashko serves as Vice President of Customer Support. In this role, Andrey works directly with our customer support team to continually improve our service and retention levels through oversight of our customer support organization. Andrey’s passion and expertise in the areas of strategic planning and execution for customer success and technical support, conflict resolution, people management help to provide the service quality that our customers expect and deserve. In addition to his leadership role in Support, Andrey is also HIPAA Compliance Officer in charge of the entire HIPAA Compliance program at Bizmatics focusing on protecting our clients data.
