Value Added Reseller (VAR)
A reseller that adds value to the physician practice EHR experience with a higher level of hands-on customer service. This reseller arrangement encourages the prospective reseller to become a client prospector, demonstrator, and full service technical/customer service provider.
Referral Partner Program
The referral partner is set at a distribution point at a consultative level. This level consists of assisting the physician in their selection of EHR, but not the actual demonstration. Implementation and ongoing support are handed over to Bizmatics.
