The migration cost may vary depending on the volume and type of data being transferred. Your sales associate will discuss migration options during the sales process including how it impacts the total EHR software cost.

For monthly payments to occur automatically set up an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or have a credit card on file.

Once the contract is signed, based on the agreed upon cost of EMR, monthly payments will automatically begin after 30 days.

The monthly subscription fee includes various services such as cloud server hosting, support, and, depending on your selected plan, may cover text messaging, faxing, and additional features. This will be reviewed during the sales process, ensuring transparency in your Electronic Health Record software cost.

EPCS verification, and clearinghouse fees are your responsibility and not part of EMR price. Additional fees may apply depending on your clinic's needs. We will outline all potential fees that could impact your overall EMR price.
