PrognoCIS announces HIE Interface with GHH and CRISP

Friday, October 26th, San Jose, CA – PrognoCIS is pleased to announce its integration with Greater Houston HealthConnect (GHH) and  Chesapeake Regional Information System (CRISP) interface for Health Information Exchange. HIE integration allows healthcare professionals to easily access and securely share a patient’s health information. These interfaces help in seamless exchange of Personal Health Information (PHI’s)  across healthcare communities –  hospitals, labs, community clinics, physician practices, and service providers. The goal of the HIE is to securely deliver health data to the right place at the right time leading to timely and efficient patient care.

GHH: Greater Houston Healthconnect (GHH), the region’s health information exchange (HIE), serves 24 counties in South East Texas. CRISP: CRISP is a regional health information exchange (HIE) serving Maryland and the District of Columbia. They have been formally designated as Maryland’s statewide health information exchange by the Maryland Health Care Commission.
