By default, when Telemedicine is set up for you, you or your patient can join the video meeting 15 mins prior to the scheduled time(this can be set to any number between 1 min upto a maximum of 30 mins). Meaning, if the appointment is scheduled for 08:00 AM, both you and your patient can join anytime after 7:45 AM. The icon will continue to be available throught out the day. This means, you can click and join at 11 AM as well. However, please note that the icon will be disabled once the date changes. In essence, once it is 7:45 AM, the icon will remain enabled for the entire day and can be clicked any time on the same date.

We are working on making obtaining a consent a part of the Televisit. As of now, we would request you to please use the record option while you are on the Televisit and get a verbal consent from the patient before you begin the visit. These recordings can be accessed by you via your Zoom pro account. Here is the link to all instructions to access these recordings: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205347605
We recommend that you have a separate Zoom pro account for every provider who intends to use Telemedicine. To answer your question, yes two simultaneous Televisits can be conducted as long as the two providers have two separate Zoom accounts.
